Taking a non-technical contributor's AI-built prototype to production

Situation

A working UI had been built by a non-technical contributor using AI tools: genuinely useful, but not production-shaped.

What I did

Instead of rewriting it from scratch, I modularized it and wrapped it in a real development and deployment workflow, and shipped it.

Result

It’s the clearest example of the work I do most often now: taking something that works but can’t be safely maintained, and making it something a team can own.
